		<description>Could you point me to any stories uncovering evidence of Net manipulation that would show the need for rules/laws on this frontier?

I can see lots of opportunities for manipulation of a law or rule on neutrality as well as examples of how it could break down valuable services (think bandwidth hungry tele-surgery at Johns Hopkins).

But I haven&#039;t experienced problems (other than Verizon DSL crapping out every time it rains) with bandwidth or access on my end as a consumer. (I&#039;m also not continually downloading or streaming movies or music)

If it ain&#039;t broke, why are we fixing it?</description>
