The Commentpress theme we use creates a named link reference for each paragraph of the report, so if people are blogging/commenting elsewhere, and deeplink to the particular paragraph/section they are referring to, we can mine the trackbacks... and those posts, wherever they are, can then be accessed from a single location?</description>
